The coffee cart Fort Worth guests keep walking back to

Encounter Coffee is a husband-and-wife mobile espresso bar based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We bring the whole café to your venue — cart, equipment, baristas, beans and all — and serve handcrafted espresso, specialty coffee and ceremonial matcha to your guests, made to order, one cup at a time.

Fort Worth has a real coffee culture, and your guests know the difference between a fresh latte and a bitter urn of catering coffee that has been sitting since setup. That is the whole point of a coffee cart: nothing is pre-made. Every drink is pulled, steamed and poured in front of the person who ordered it, which is why the cart tends to become the place people gather instead of a table they visit once.

We travel across Fort Worth and Tarrant County — downtown and Sundance Square, the Stockyards, the Cultural District, Near Southside and Magnolia, West 7th, Clearfork, the TCU area and out to Aledo, Weatherford and Granbury. Wherever the venue is, the cart comes to it.

Our Fort Worth coffee catering services cover weddings and corporate events first, but the cart is just as at home at a festival, a school or church gathering, a brand pop-up or a private party. Tell us what you're hosting and we'll tell you honestly whether a coffee cart is right for it.

what's included

What comes with coffee cart catering in Fort Worth

One booking covers everything on the coffee side. We arrive at your Fort Worth venue ahead of schedule, set up the mobile espresso bar, serve your guests, and pack out cleanly.

The cart, delivered and set up

We roll in ahead of schedule, set up the mobile espresso bar, and handle the breakdown afterwards. You do not lift a thing.

Handcrafted espresso, coffee and matcha

Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, drip and ceremonial-grade matcha — every drink made to order, one guest at a time.

Professional baristas who talk to your guests

Our baristas are the reason the cart becomes the gathering spot rather than a station people pass once. They keep the line moving without rushing anyone through what should be a memorable part of the day.

A custom menu board

Printed with your names, your logo, your event — signage that ties the cart to the rest of your styling. Guests read their own name at the top of the coffee menu.

House-made syrups

Vanilla, honey, hazelnut, lavender and caramel, made from scratch — plus seasonal specialty drinks we build for the event.

Branded cups

Every drink leaves the cart on-brand and photographs beautifully in every guest's hand all night.

the drink menu

A specialty coffee menu your guests will actually talk about

Our beans are imported from farms around the world and roasted fresh before each event — not pulled off a shelf. Syrups are made from scratch, and the matcha is ceremonial grade. We build the final menu with you, so a Fort Worth wedding and a Monday-morning office pop-up never get the same list.

Fort Worth coffee cart catering questions

What couples, coordinators and office managers ask us most before booking. Anything not covered here, put it on the quote form.
How much does coffee cart catering cost in Fort Worth?

There is no flat rate, because a two-hour office pop-up in Sundance Square and a five-hour wedding reception out toward Aledo are genuinely different events. Your quote is built from three things: your guest count, how many hours of service you want, and the drink menu you choose.

Send those details through the quote form and we'll come back with a real number and a proposed menu. No obligation, and no pressure.

Do you serve all of Fort Worth?

Yes — all of Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant County towns. That includes downtown and Sundance Square, the Stockyards, the Cultural District, Near Southside and Magnolia, West 7th, Clearfork, the TCU area and north Fort Worth, plus Arlington, Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, Burleson, Weatherford, Aledo and Granbury.

What drinks do you offer at a Fort Worth event?

The full espresso bar: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and straight espresso, plus cold brew, drip coffee, pour-over and iced coffee. We also serve ceremonial-grade matcha lattes, which is still rare on a coffee cart in Fort Worth. Syrups — vanilla, honey, hazelnut, lavender and caramel — are made from scratch, and oat and almond milk are always on the cart. Ask us about seasonal specialty drinks or a signature drink for your event.

Can you customize the menu for a wedding or a corporate event?

Always. We print a custom menu board for every event with the couple's names or the company on it, and we build the drink list with you beforehand — a wedding usually leans toward signature lattes and a late-night iced option, while a corporate morning wants throughput and straightforward espresso drinks. Branded cups come standard.

Do you provide baristas and all the supplies?

Yes. The cart arrives with the espresso equipment, beans, milk, matcha, house-made syrups, ice, cups and lids — and Aziel and Bri behind it. Nothing on the coffee side needs to come from you or your Fort Worth venue.

What does the cart need from the venue?

A level spot to park the cart and access to standard power. Every venue is a little different — some Fort Worth spaces have outlets exactly where you want the cart and some very much do not — so tell us the venue on the quote form and we'll walk through the specifics with you before the day. If your coordinator needs to hear it from us directly, we're happy to talk to them.

Can you cater outdoor events in Fort Worth?

Yes. We've served open-air receptions under string lights and covered patios as well as indoor venues. North Texas weather being what it is, we'll talk through your shade, cover and contingency plan when we quote — an outdoor August afternoon and an outdoor November evening are two very different jobs.

How do I book coffee cart catering in Fort Worth?

Fill in the quote form with your date, venue and rough guest count. We reply with pricing and a proposed menu, you tell us what to change, and once you're happy we lock the date in. We're booking 2026 and 2027 now, and peak spring and fall wedding weekends go first.
