why couples book us

The cart guests keep walking back to all night

Most wedding catering is something people consume once. A coffee cart is something they gather around. That is the actual reason to book one.

Every drink is pulled and poured in front of the guest who ordered it, so the cart becomes a little bar of its own — people queue, talk, take a photo, and come back an hour later for another. Our couples tell us guests kept returning all night and that it became a joyful gathering spot. That is the effect we are going for.

We are Aziel and Bri, a husband-and-wife mobile espresso bar. We import our beans from farms around the world and roast them fresh before your wedding, make our syrups from scratch, and use ceremonial-grade matcha. And we stay behind the cart the whole time, talking to your guests, because that is the part we love.

Four moments a coffee cart earns its place

You do not have to book us for the whole reception. Pick the window where it will do the most work.

Cocktail hour

Guests come straight from the ceremony with nothing to do yet. An espresso bar gives them somewhere to go — and something to hold in photos while you're off shooting portraits.

After dinner

The classic slot. Lattes and cappuccinos land right as the plates clear, and the cart carries the room from dinner into dancing.

Late night

The reason people stay for the last song. Iced vanilla shaken espressos and cold brew at 10pm keep the dance floor full instead of thinning out.

Morning-after brunch

A softer service for the send-off brunch — pour-over, drip, matcha lattes and something warm while everyone recaps the night.

what's included

What comes with coffee cart catering in your wedding

One booking covers the cart, the equipment, the baristas and every drink. We arrive at your venue ahead of schedule, set up, serve, and pack out — you get to be a guest at your own wedding.

The cart, delivered and set up

We roll in ahead of schedule, set up the mobile espresso bar, and handle the breakdown afterwards. You do not lift a thing.

Handcrafted espresso, coffee and matcha

Lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cold brew, drip and ceremonial-grade matcha — every drink made to order, one guest at a time.

Professional baristas who talk to your guests

Our baristas are the reason the cart becomes the gathering spot rather than a station people pass once. They keep the line moving without rushing anyone through what should be a memorable part of the day.

A custom menu board

Printed with your names, your logo, your event — signage that ties the cart to the rest of your styling. Guests read their own name at the top of the coffee menu.

House-made syrups

Vanilla, honey, hazelnut, lavender and caramel, made from scratch — plus seasonal specialty drinks we build for the event.

Branded cups

Every drink leaves the cart on-brand and photographs beautifully in every guest's hand all night.

the drink menu

A specialty coffee menu your guests will actually talk about

Our beans are imported from farms around the world and roasted fresh before each event — not pulled off a shelf. Syrups are made from scratch, and the matcha is ceremonial grade. We build the final menu with you, so a wedding wedding and a Monday-morning office pop-up never get the same list.

wedding coffee cart faq

Wedding coffee cart questions

What couples and planners ask us most. Anything not covered here, put it on the quote form.
How much does a wedding coffee cart cost in DFW?

It depends on your guest count, how long you want the cart open and which drinks are on the menu — a two-hour late-night service and a full cocktail-hour-through-send-off booking price very differently. Send your date, venue and guest count through the quote form and we'll come back with real pricing and a proposed wedding menu.

When during the reception should we have the coffee cart?

The two most popular slots are right after dinner and late night. After dinner, the cart carries the room from the meal into dancing; late night, it is the single best thing you can do to keep guests from leaving early. Some couples run us through cocktail hour instead, when guests have nothing to do yet. Tell us your timeline and we'll tell you honestly where the cart will do the most good.

Can you put our names on the cart?

Yes — we print a custom menu board for every wedding with the couple's names at the top, and every drink is served in a branded cup. It is one of the most photographed details of the night, which is not something we expected when we started doing it.

Do you serve non-coffee drinks for guests who don't drink coffee?

Yes. Ceremonial-grade matcha lattes are on every menu — hot or iced, including the strawberry matcha, which is usually the first thing to go. Oat milk and almond milk are always available, decaf is on request, and we're happy to talk through a lower-caffeine signature drink for guests who want something other than coffee.

Do you work with our wedding planner or venue coordinator?

Happily. Give us their contact when you book and we'll coordinate the setup window, the cart's placement and the power situation directly with them, so it is one less thing on your list. We show up early — every time.

How far in advance do we need to book?

We're booking 2026 and 2027 weddings now, and peak spring and fall Saturdays across Dallas–Fort Worth go first. If you have your date, it is worth asking even if your other vendors aren't locked in yet.
