About this site
This website is operated by Encounter Coffee, a mobile coffee and matcha cart serving events across Dallas–Fort Worth & all of North Texas. It exists to describe our services and let you request a quote.
Quotes are not bookings
Submitting the quote form is a request for information, not a booking and not a contract. A date is only reserved once we have confirmed it with you in writing and any terms we agree at that point — including pricing, deposit and cancellation terms — have been accepted. Those booking terms are agreed separately and take precedence over anything on this website.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate and current. Menus, service details and availability can change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer. If a detail matters to your event, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Your submissions
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The Encounter Coffee name, logo, photographs and site content are owned by us or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Customer reviews reproduced on this site are quoted verbatim from the platforms where they were originally published and remain the words of their authors.

This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, The Knot and Thumbtack. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Encounter Coffee is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
